Woh shakhs jo pathar tha, toota tou bohat roya

Yeh dil ke judai ke unwaan pe barson se
Chup tha tou chup raha, roya tou bohat roya

Ik harf tasali ka, Ik harf mohabbat ka
Khud apne liye us ne likha tou bohat roya

Pehle hi shikaston pe khayi thi shikast usne
Lekin woh hathon haara tou bohat roya

Jo ehad nibhaney ki deta tha dua us ne
